Order Tracking

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order. In real terms about 90% of all orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (not including weekends). Possible exceptions would include if your order contains pre-order items with forward dispatch dates, in which case your order will be dispatched when all items are in stock, unless you ask us to split the order for you.

If there are any unexpected delays we will contact you via e-mail. If you do contact us please try and do this via e-mail quoting the last 4 digits of your order number.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, info@worldcricketstore.com or notifications@parcelforce.co.uk when your order is dispatched, depending on your chosen / allocated method of delivery.

UK mainland deliveries are made using Royal Mail ( 2-3 day delivery after dispatch) or Parcel Force 24 (delivered next weekday after dispatch). Royal Mail deliveries are not tracked but you can track Parcelforce deliveries by following the information given in their dispatch e-mail.
