Our Returns Policy

All of our non personalised products come with a 14 day money back or exchange guarantee. This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new in its original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which sorry to say are your responsibility. This exludes Customised / Personalised printed items which are non returnable as they are not suitable for re-sale once personalised.

For Christmas orders/purchases our Returns period extended to Mid Jan for your peace of mind, particularly if you are buying presents for others.

We politely suggest that for your own security, you use a Recorded Delivery service for any goods that you return to us along with the fully completed Goods Return note that we sent with your parcel.

Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.
